Well no losses or gains here, but I'm going keep on keeping on!!!!
Starting MFP Weight : 184.3lbs
Weigh In: 184.1
Goal Weight: 125
10 Week Challenge Goal: 1500 -
Hello All! I just got back on to MFP yesterday and I want to join in the challenge!
STARTING WEIGHT: 134
CURRENT WEIGHT: 132
GOAL WEIGHT: 120ish0 -
STARTING WEIGHT ON MFP - 180lbs
STARTING WEIGHT (MON) - 136.6lbs
FIRST WEIGH IN - 135.8lbs (-0.8lbs) its getting slower now i am closer to my goal.
SECOND WEIGH IN - 135.8lbs (no change) i think i allowed myself a few too many treats to celebrate being a healthy BMI. lol. on to next week and a bit more motivation.
THIRD WEIGH IN - 133.2 (-2.6lbs) shocked, amazed and ecstatic. I am also now a UK size 12 for the first time in over 10 years :laugh:

goal 135 lb (reached as of today!!! New goal 130 lb)

THIRD WEIGH IN - 157 lbs (HOW DID I GAIN A POUND? Ohhh I hate myself. But I know this happens. Looks like I just have to work overtime for this next week. I WILL get down to 155!)

I have been really frustrated with the weigh ins. I have only lost 5 lbs in the past 3 mths. Anyone have any advice? I am eating 1200 cals a day and trying to do cardio 2-3 times a week and circuit training 2 times a week. I would really love some advice to get past the plateau?0 -
Slow loss this week.... but I've been bad about going to the gym, so I'm happy to see a loss at all!

Memorial Day weekend threw me off a bit, I went home to New Jersey and ate out a few times with minimal exercise. But I came home the same weight that I left as, and my weight has been going down slowly since. It went down A LOT last week, so I'm not too surprised that it slowed down again. A half a pound down is better than a half a pound up. I'm now only 8 1/2 pounds from my first major goal!0 -

OMG Those are my exact measurements in the waist, hips, thighs and calves...how crazy is that?! How tall are you? I'm 5'3"
Holding steady at 143.5...the scale doesn't want to budge! Maybe I need to get rid of my 'free' day that I have once a week... If I could just get a tummy tuck, I'd be happy with my body! LOL0 -
OK super happy!!! I've lost this past week even after memorial day weekend. I know I stayed focused and I use my dog as an excuse to get outside and walk at least 20-30minutes everyday after work and longer on the weekends.

Goal Weight : 120-125
Two pound loss this week!!!! Very happy!!!
Measured my waist and hips this morning........lost 1 inch in both!!! Gosh losing weight is great. I can't wait to reach my goal!!!

Didn't loose any weight or inches this week. I took a 3 day vacation and had to eat out. i eat salads and egg white omelets and stuff that looked healthy but still, i did not make it so not know for sure what was in my food. im back in my kitchen where I can controll my food! Expecting a 2lb loss this week.0
