Yes walking will help with the belly. I had to work with a person trained in sports medicine and she said walking would help. walking is free and with a new puppy go for it. I usually weigh my meat patties of any variety post cooking. If you start out with 4 oz. of raw meat and then cook it you will have shrinkage? That is what I have always understood, I could possibly be misundertsanding on that., any one else with an idea on this?:

The only answer is too watch the processed foods, use spices for seasoning in place of salt., drink water to help your system flush it out. I'm very salt sensitive, so I use none, I use a lot of garlic/pepper. You will get use to less salt. Good Luck.:flowerforyou:

Make sure your getting enough fluids, dehydration can cause fatigue. I would also think your in sugar withdraw? Fruit has natural suger, you need carbs for your brain and for energy. Maybe you have cut out too much all at once? Just a few ideas, hope you keep feeling better each day.:flowerforyou:

Phillymousk, Welcome aboard, Your Dr. would probably be the best person to check with on diet, The usual is lean meats, fruits and vegetables, As for exercise walking is the best for beginners, at your own pace, BUT check with your Doctor on activity. Good luck.:flowerforyou:

Lilmissanji, Hi ,no expert here, but looking over your food for your typical day, I think you are eating too many carbs and not enough protein? Try celery with peanut butter, i oz. almonds, etc. My exercise person I work with, has her Masters, 2oz of protein for every meal, at least , you need protein for muscle. Banannas…
