question about Subway

I looked online I had gotten a foot long turkey breast sandwich and I don't know if it's including the bread or not. Anyone know?

    The calories for Subway that you will generally find include either the plain Italian or the wheat bread. Personally, I never adjust for the bread, but I could be underestimating with my monterrey cheddar bread that I like to get. I figure the difference is probably rather negligible.

    Definitely with bread. Look at the carb column. Otherwise, that info would be just for turkey breast slices. ;)

    Subway Subs include the bread.:happy:

    Just ate there tonight! The calories include the bread (Italian or Wheat only) and the veggies. No mayo or cheese. The other breads are higher in calories.
  • Thanks that is what I thought but wasn't sure and I am trying to do good this week and make sure I stay on or a little under calorie.
