New kid on the block

I am Philly,

I started on myfitnesspal on Tuesday, May 18th. I am wondering if there are people out there like me. I just had triple by-pass and I have type 2 diabetes, Cholesteral and HBP.

If there is someone else like that, would you suggest some foods for me. I would be glad to take the challenge.

    Phillymousk, Welcome aboard, Your Dr. would probably be the best person to check with on diet, The usual is lean meats, fruits and vegetables, As for exercise walking is the best for beginners, at your own pace, BUT check with your Doctor on activity. Good luck.:flowerforyou:
