I like that it goes on your wrist. For me that takes out the hassle of remembering to switch it from my work bra to my sports bra, lol. Other than that, not too impressed. I'd rather keep my original FitBit, than pay another $100 bucks for almost the exact same thing.

Just wanted to note that this list doesn't work for everyone. I'm on plaquenil, too, and because we caught it in time and have been lucky, I haven't had a flare up since May, and I still eat all these things, in moderation of course. I'm glad too, I don't want to give up meat or dairy!

Yep, know about rest days, mine is usually Sunday. I've been trying it with the higher setting for the past week, and it's worked okay, I guess it's just easier, visually, for me to see the 1200. On rest days I figured I'll just remember the original number and not sweat that it looks over.

I had almost the exact same thing after going back to weight training after a long hiatus. In my case it was just extreme muscle soreness. Ice and not working it out for a few days helped it slowly get better. Hope you're better soon!

I would say if it's something like general cardio or a full body workout, just move on to the next day. But if you missed your upper workout and you don't have another planned that week, it would be a good idea to maybe cut out one of your cardio-only days to fit it in, so that your whole body is getting equally worked…

Are the two glasses of wine factored into your calorie total for the day? A glass of wine has somewhere around 110-130 calories in it. Also, does your exercise include strength training? The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn just standing around, it revs your metabolism.
