Good healthy snacks for a drive in movie?
Limitations- I'm not into microwave popcorn (Only the movie stuff), but I need lower cal munchies for my fiance and my trip to the drive in tomorrow night. Lots of weight to lose- Can I decrease my net calories?
I'm currently around 274 lbs., and for a 2 lb. a week weight loss, MFP sets my calorie goal at 1540 a day. I also exercise, which adds calories back each day. Since I have so much weight to lose, can I manually set my calorie goal to 1200 (So I don't go too low) and then just make sure to eat back all my exercise calories?…
