Tomorrow's My Birthday! How much should I exercise?

Hello all!

My 26th birthday is this Wednesday, and I'm so happy that I managed to reach my goal of 40 pounds down by then!

I just bought a cute little black dress that I'll be wearing to dinner with my friends that night. It fits well, but I would be more comfortable a little smaller. So I'm wondering if I should exercise more today and tomorrow or less, or eat less, or cut out certain things, or just continue on my current way.

Any suggestions? Please and thank you!
