Help! Gym-less for a week!

My co workers and I go to our local gym every weekday during our lunch break. However, the gym will be closed next week for remodeling, and it will be too hot to do cardio outside (I burn easily).
So, I'm asking for help for my gym buddies and myself (And a few other co workers that don't go to the gym, but want to work out with us next week), what are some good exercise moves that can be done with little (Or preferably no) equipment? We will be doing the workouts either in our office's conference room, or in the parking garage for more room. Depending on the weather we might go to the nearby park and work out in the shade, too.
Fitness wise, we are in a variety of physical conditions, from fairly fit and moderately experienced, to quite obese but still pretty familiar with exercise and good form. None of us are complete beginners, but modification may be needed for more advanced stuff.
Thanks for any advice you can give!

Squats, lunges, planks, walking planks (my fave), burpees, jumping jacks, high knees, jump rope...0
