How Best to Prepare for My Birthday

Hello all!

My 26th birthday is this Wednesday, and I'm so happy that I managed to reach my goal of 40 pounds down by then!

I just bought a cute little black dress that I'll be wearing to dinner with my friends that night. It fits well, but I would be more comfortable a little smaller. So I'm wondering if I should exercise more today, tomorrow and Wednesday morning, or less, or eat less, or cut out certain things just for the next few days, or just continue on my current way.

Any suggestions? Please and thank you!
