oh my lord......cheers to you missy! I have 2 girls ages 8 & 9 and a 16 year old son. I too, tend to lean towards a nice drink after a day of arguing between the girls and a long day at work, and classes. My stress level is in the red. :laugh:

I love Stacy's pita chips! I buy them from Costco. They are a great substitute for chips. The thickness makes me full faster so I dont end up eating a lot. We dip them in hummus or my fat free salmon ball.

oh geez....I went through withdrawals when I gave the Coffemate creamers up a month ago. I do allow myself 2 days a week to use the FF Hazelnut, usually on the weekend when I can do a longer workout. On the other days I use a splenda and FF milk. I've tried drinking it black but it upsets my stomache. I love these…

I think they base your calorie intake off of how much exercise you say you do a week. If you're committing to 4-5x a week of vigirous exercise they want to make sure your body is fueled with enough....fuel. I guess. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. hang in there!

Hi there! I love cabbage as well. The only way I prepare it is spray Pam in a pan and slice it with zucchini,green pepper and onion. The Pam has little if no calories and you saute it just for 5-8 minutes so it keeps it's crispness. It's fabulous. I'll sprinkle some Mrs. Dash original spices on it and wha-la! Hope you…
