easily get lean on a high carb low fat vegan diet...eat a lot of fruit and veggies...as many as you want until you are full...keep running and you will see the results you want...you dont need to add weights to the workout

yup...I'm one...follow more of an 80/10/10 diet...and if there arent fruits and veggies available then I will eat brown rice, steamed veggies, potatoes etc.

does fruit contain fructose...yes...but does it have the same effects on the body as refined sugar...NO.....our bodies and cells run on fructose...why do you think God made these fruits for us to eat? the point was bananas and refined sugars are NOT the same... and I never said that an avocado didnt have fat in it...
