  • For the most accurate calorie burn I’d suggest getting a heart rate monitor. I ended up getting an older version of a Polar brand one, only $60. It’s like a watch you wear and a chest strap which is NOT big and bulky like I thought it was going to be. Much more accurate than finding burns on MFP.
