yes at first I was cranky and felt starved all the time. Then I found option under a 100 calories for snacks, that helped. Alot of Fruit etc. were low cal and delicious. When i work out at home my two cats like to come and "coach". They run under my feet and then sprawl on the carpet EXACTLY where i need space. Once I tripped trying to avoid them and fell into a chair. I am glad my husband was not home to see it! lol

oh man Vicky's workout is tough but very effective.... I recommend you look into Jillian Michaels. She was a blunt trainer from the Biggest Loser show. Her cardio work is 30mins and very good. The only thing is that she is in sick shape and it makes you wonder what she is eating lol, if at all.
