I am so glad I'm not the only one. My friends come to my house and be like, "you don't have any snacks? where is all the snack food?" I just laugh and say get a apple orange. They hate that.

Thanks guys for all of your support. Looking back i'm smiling because I used to "squat and pull" them up. Nope no more of that. Dawn making me think of the next 9lbs makes me wanna go to the gym now! They joy from hard work is addicting.

I would recommend buying one. It comes in handy when making home made food. But I warn you, you may get addicted about weighing everything. I had to put the scale up for a couple of days because I was weighing EVERYTHING.

*Pollard55 thanks for the tips. I do 100 crunches and 10-20 pushups every other night. Those push-ups kick my butt. * ysaidpie I'm going to try and use my gym this semester at school. Its free. My only hurdle is some days my classes end at 9 but I also have a 24hr gym in my apt complex which is a plus

Some people are able cut sweets out cold turkey but I'm one of those who {just} can't do it. I had to learn moderation. Next time after making the brownies instead of leaving them in the pan, try bagging them into one serving size ziploc bags. My wake up call is when I first started this site. I always wanted to work out but was to lazy to do it. Thanks everyone. I'm so on cloud 9 right now. This is a real motivator for more. I also went to the doctor yesterday and the nurse said "gurly you lost some weight since the last time I saw you. Whats your secret?" I had a smile from ear to ear for the rest of the day.

On Saturday I worked out twice and earned about 900 more calories. It was so hard trying to find a way to fit them in. Like you I tried the fruits, but than I realized that is way to much fruit. I don't think I'll exercise twice in a day again

I'm so proud of you. I was in the same boat yesterday. I dreaded the thought of going to the gym yesterday. But when I got there I pounded that elliptical for a WHOLE 45 min AND lifted weights. OH yeah.

You guys are right. it is set to 2lbs. and I haven't added and exercise. mainly because I don't know where to begin. The photo it of my niece. Thanks for the complement. I have no children. So its more protein less carbs and exercise. I"m on it!!!
