  • Just curious where did u come up with 1430 vs mfp standard of 1200. If you calculate your tdee and eat fruits, veggies and lots of proteins you should be fine. Carbs should be minimal. Like really small. But daily.

  • I find that mfp is not as accurate as people would like it to be. Please research TDEE in the Community boards and one of the easiest websites to calculate your tdee is "scooby tdee." this will give you a better understanding of what excatly your diet should look like. Hope this helps.
  • I sharon, I am not fond of exercise myself. But once I get going I am ok. I do not have the endurance I would like to have like others on here, but maybe one day. In the meantime, I drag my feet and my butt to the gym, (even to the home gym) and make myself exercise. (I'm 45)
