My first time doing 30da y shred I started using 3lb weights . Over time I achieved, and used 10lb weights a year or so later when I did the challenge again. It is by far hands down my fav exercise DVD. A nd I own a lot of them. But Jillian 30 day shred is my fav. No doubt

For me it's all about what I'm eating it's all a calories game. And even though I keep track of all my calories.... I still have plenty of days where it's movies and pizza in bed ALL DAY (sometimes even all weekend).
