My birthday is on the 23rd and i want to lose the extra 5.6 lbs. ( i am 205.6 as of today).

Aight lets set it up. I will weight my self tomorrow morning. Also what we should do is if you increase in weight you explain why you think this happens. It will make us even more aware of what we are doing each week.

Also if you lose more than anticipated it should also be follow up with a explanation like I did not eat enough. I workout more than ever. Stuff like that;. Like I want to 10 pound loss by the end of the months. I will more likely have a explanation ever week.0 -

I'm 7/15. I would try but we have all these vacations scheduled for this month. I know I wouldn't be faithful to the goal, so I have to be honest with myself and say I will get on it after this month.0

Not at all what I had expected, but I checked my goal settings and turns out I was only set to lose .8 a week. I forgot with weight loss you have to readjust your settings. It has been fixed though. Also, I got a little twinkle of 138.6 so I hoping my actual weight loss is 4 pounds for the month. I am still very proud of myself for the work I've done. I feel healthier.0 -
