My moms husband barely eats anything because of his food issues and his metabolism is as slow as molasses.He's also always cold, tired and weak (He is only 40 something). Your body starts consuming mussel tissue when you dont eat.

Before I got sick and gained all this weight I got lost one time on the bike path in Monterey CA and ended up biking twenty miles round trip. Half way through I had to stop and ended up napping on the beach. After that I started biking 10- 30 miles a day and eating a ton while still losing weight. :)

This is really interesting thanks for answering my question! Just so everyone know I dont plan on trying this it was a thought that came up during an 8 mile walk where I almost unintentionally burned that amount.
