DOMS slowing me down!
I've been having a ton of issues with DOMS and I know that protease enzyme can help prevent DOMS but I can't afford 26 bucks a month just for some supplements so I was wondering if there are any food that contain this enzyme? I was thinking yogurt but I'm not too sure.

Insane Swimming Calories.
Okay, so I distance swim open water in a lake doing a back stroke (normally) for an hour or usually more with the occasional break and this site is saying Im burning 1000 calories from 90 min worth of effort. I do get my heart rate up there but I dont exhaust myself so is this accurate?

What if you burned 3500 calories in a day?
This is pruely hypocritical but if you burned 3500 calories a day would you weigh a pound less the next day? Again, pruely hypothetical and the only way I know you could burn that much is by going on a thru-hike lol.

Hiking the Appalachian Trail.
I was wondering if anyone on here has done it because its my goal to start in March of next year. I just managed to walk 10 miles with all my groceries on my back lol! If there is anyone out there who has some advice feel free to post.

Swimming
I just went from my dock on the lake to the safety marker which is about a footbal field and back. Can I count that as leasuely doing a back stroke? Its a TON of calories and I dont feel like I actually burned that much. Afterward, I kind of paddled around a bit for an hour.
