[imgIMG_0742_zps4174f364.jpgThat's a frittata (need to work on those!) with scallions and zucchini, and then some tomatoes, carrots, parsley. All veggies from the farm stand up the street. Some salt, some smoked paprika, a little soy sauce, some sriracha. Now let's see if the pic posts!!

Weetabix = easy portion control! Same goes for Shredded Wheat.
But if there's time then wholemeal pancakes with greek yoghurt and blueberries... yum.

I'm not as rushed this morning, so I decided to cook. I put on a pot of peas and needed some pork to season it. So........

Ham, eggs, homemade salsa, stir fry, toast and melon. Very tasty.

It looks great. I don't call what I'm doing a diet because I plan on doing it the rest of my life. Real food may be calorie dense, but it feels you up, so you aren't snacking again in an hour. You are eating healthy and will see and feel the results.

My 2nd planting of sweet corn just sprouted the last couple of days. I should have planted less per planting, and put some in the ground every three weeks or so. Maybe next year I will plan my garden better.

Yesterday I worked on cleaning out the freezer. One of the things I found that needed using was a corned beef brisket. I'm soaking it for two days to get as much of the salt out as possible before cooking it in the slow cooker. But I sliced off a little and cooked it for breakfast. {I know now why we cook brisket in the slow cooker} Also had eggs, stir-fry and toast.

On work days I have oats for convenience. Today was oats, hemp milk, peanut butter, a sliced banana, and a drizzle of honey, with a cup of tea.

Better Oats Blueberry Muffin with flax packet with an extra 1/4 cup of Mom's Best Quick Oats. That and my usual coffee plus my water. :)

I definitely need to steal some of your ideas for a larger, more dense breakfast - those egg dishes look GREAT! Ditto on the PB, I love peanut butter and often forget how filling and good it is for you.

This morning I decided I would drink an Orgain Nutritional Shake I had in the fridge at work. Then I got to work, and the fridge door had been open all night due to someone sticking something that didn't fit in it, and everything was warm. Luckily I had a Nature Valley peanut butter bar in my desk so I had that. Generally I like two fried eggs with two pieces of toast with raspberry jelly, scrambled eggs with spinach, onions, and peppers, or one of my shakes. Sometimes I buy a Fibre One or Honey Bunches of Oat cereals and eat those, but I tend to stay away form cereal.
