Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free Muesli with unsweetened vanilla almond milk.
I like his regular muesli better because it has date chunks.

Bacon, eggs, stir-fry, toast, and plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries. Yum on all of it but the plain yogurt, but the blueberries makes it bearable.

When I'm in a rush I grab berries (blueberries, raspberries or blackberries) and a chobani plain yogurt. I find cottage cheese (full fat, Hood, 6oz) and a golden delicious apple holds me well until lunch time, too.

That sounds like a great high protein breakfast. Do you make your own pb granola? I'm diabetic and would love to make some.

If that question was for me, the answer is no. The Nature Valley brand Protein Granola is the best I have found for calorie to protein numbers. I buy it at Big Lots when they have it. They are cheaper than just about anyplace else on their health foods, but they don't always have the same items from week to week.

    Protein shake.
    Half frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond coconut milk
1 scoop Genuine Health Vegan Proteins Natural Vanilla (I'm not vegan, but like the taste)
    3 ice cubes

    sip slowly: delicious!

I got a really good price on Cascadian Farms Oats and Honey Granola, so I added it to the mix this morning. It is heavy on calories and sugar, and light on protein, but it is good. I will have to work with the ratio to find the right blend.

    Greek Vanilla yogurt 100g
    2% milk 6oz
    Nature Valley Protein granola 20g
    Cascadian Farms granola 30g
    Kashi's Rasin Vineyard 25g
    Flax seed meal 4g
    pumpkin seeds 15 gr
    protein powder 11g

When you add in my supplements and coffee with honey and cinnamon, you are talking about 664 calories, 39g protein and 45g sugar. I try for 30-34g of protein on my non-lifting days, so I will have to do some math and see what shakes out. But I have 3 pounds of the new granola, so I have to use it.

I had a Tillamook vanilla flavored greek yogurt when I got up, and when I got to work I had a breakfast bagel (bagel, egg, cheddar cheese and bacon) from La Bou.
