Woke up feeling sick this morning and was not hungry. Forced down a whipped yogurt and a rice cake. Hooray!0
-
Had a biscuit with sausage gravy and cantaloupe this morning.0
-
Had some mandarin slices and coffee, hit the gym, came home and had waffles with syrup and some nice sage sausage wheels.0

My favorite breakfast (right now): old fashioned oats, half a cup of raspberries and a quarter cup of vanilla fat free Greek yogurt. The yogurt gives it some sweetness and creaminess.
I end up eating the same exact thing for breakfast each day for weeks at a time; is it weird that I love the monotony? Somehow it's rather comforting.0 -

I'm the same way. When I can't find a certain kind of granola and I have to jigger my blend, it aggravates me to no end. That said, I have bought four new kinds of granola, and I wouldn't mind trying some of them out soon.0 -
My standard breakfast of late has been plain nonfat Greek yogurt with fresh fruit mixed in or vanilla Greek yogurt with a side of fruit.
I got pretty sick on July 29 and had emergency surgery on July 31. I have ongoing issues that keep me nauseous all the time, but I know it's important to eat and that I need protein. I appreciate all the very appetizing meals you are all posting. I am making notes and will try a lot of these combinations for dinners in the coming weeks.0 -
When you have lemons............ Sister gave me an over-salted chicken, onion and pepper wrap last night. I tossed the tortilla and used the rest of it to make an omelette. Also had green beans and toast. 2 oz chicken breast, 1 oz bell pepper, 1 oz onion, 1 1/4 oz pepper jack cheese, 3 large eggs, and 1/4 oz 2% milk. Yum.0

No pic but today was a blend of steel cut and old fashioned (I ran out of steel cut) oatmeal that cooked overnight in the crock pot with maple syrup and brown sugar. I added chopped raw apple and walnuts to it this morning. Yum!!0

This morning I had one egg with a Tablepsoon of shredded cheese, two very small fresh and still hot corn tortillas, some fresh salsa and onions and peppers fried in a teaspoon of butter. ZOMG!!!!!I made my husband deep fried apple pies for breakfast so I needed something equally delicious for myself. I would eat like this every day but I'm too lazy. Tomorrow it's back to peaches with greek yogurt...0

This morning was 5 ounces plain Greek yogurt (Fage 2%) mixed with 2 tsp raspberry jam and 1/2 a whole wheat bagel with 1 tbs low sodium Better'n peanut butter.0

Today was my lift day so calories were not my first consideration. Bacon and pepper Jack omelette with stir-fry veggies, toast, banana blueberry yogurt and granola stir it up, a glass of V Fusion Pineapple Orange and a cup of coffee.0

I had a whole wheat english muffin with an egg, turkey slice, and a little cheese on it with an apple. Usually I make oatmeal with raspberries in it. Both are super easy and yummy!0

Those look really good. Thanks for the recipe.
I slept late and my wife cooked an early lunch, so I had 150g of my banana, blueberry, plain Greek yogurt and granola stir it up for breakfast.

I had 3 Kodiak Power Cakes, with a little butter and syrup
2 pieces of bacon
1 egg
The entire breakfast was about 370 calories.
The pancakes have 14 grams of protein for 1/2c of mix and all you have to do is add 1/2 cup water or milk. I used unsweetened almond milk (with a little water to thin out the mix) b/c this was my first time using this mix and I wasn't sure how it would turn out. They were wonderful. And I add a little of the almond milk to my egg to make it fluffier. And the pancakes were only 51 calories per piece. Awesome.
It was an awesome, protein packed breakfast. Then I worked out and I was able to push myself to do over an hour of fitness routines and get about a 600 calories burn (I needed the extra burn, b/c we're going to dinner tonight, so I needed the extra wiggle room). I definitely think the extra protein helped me kick it into high gear.0 -
The usual witch's brew, plus strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.0

I had an early dental appointment this morning and only had time to quickly eat some yogurt (Fage 2% plain greek) mixed with a couple tsp of sour cherry jam. Now I wished I had gotten up earlier and eaten a little more than that! :sick:0
-
Mmmm. That looks better than what I had.
Most weekdays, because I eat at my desk, I have:
Greek Yogurt
Banana
Coffee
On weekends I like to have:
English muffin
Eggs
Turkey sausage
Combine in to one delicious sandwich.0 -
I had some pork loin that needed to be used, so I chopped it up and added it to stir-fry veggies, green beans and corn. Topped with cheddar cheese and three eggs. Also had toast and a glass of the Greek banana, strawberry, blueberry and red raspberry stir it up. Very good.0

I have found the perfect blend for my breakfast. With my supplements, cinnamon and honey, and 2 cups of coffee it comes to 599 calories with 39g of protein. I also made a new stir it up this morning. Banana, oatmeal, granola, protein powder, fruit and three kinds of yogurt. 73 calories and 4g of protein per 100g serving.

I made pumpkin pancakes this morning. I don't put syrup on mine and eat them with Greek yogurt on the side to dip them in, instead.0
