Thanks. The one about plateaus is great. I needed that the most. Plateaus have always been my breaking point. I have gotten very discouraged in the past and just gone back to old habits.

Details of the article said for aerobic was 13.6 calories per minute and then added anaerobic which was 6.6 calories per minute for a total of 20.2 which could be a bit misleading.
