I used to have this every night, but now that I have been walking 4 times a week, it hasn't been a problem. I've also lost some weight, so maybe that has helped.

I was actually eating kids meals at Culver's because I thought they would be lower in calories. Then I found out they have over 1000 calories (with diet soda). Yikes! You need to net 1390. If you exercise, it's like earning bonus calories so you can eat more. Some people don't eat those extra calories so they can lose weight more quickly by creating an even bigger deficit than the one calculated by MFP.

I'm watching my calories, but I'm going to eat things I usually don't, e.g. homemade cinnamon rolls, bacon, and mimosas. I made the rolls this morning, and it nearly killed me not to eat one. I second that! I was obese as a child, but my mom was always on a diet, so we never had any junk food in our house. I ate as much of that stuff as I could at all my skinny friends' houses.
