  • I think it's a matter of preference. I can go longer and a further distance on the treadmill based on my stubbornness but I prefer going outside. My reasoning is that on the treadmill I can hit stop and be done with it after a set amount of time. When I'm outside I like the change of scenery, plus when I'm 3 miles from…

  • This is a fantastic idea for a visual daily reminder! I may have to do something like this as well! I actually just started putting $10 in an envelope for every pound I lose. I figure by doing that, I'll have money set aside for when it's time to replenish my wardrobe! :)
  • "If you jog this hill (or this entire work-out) it'll be over faster" "Trying is just an excuse to fail, just do it" "It doesn't matter how slow you go, as long as you do not stop" "Just make it just one step farther than yesterday" "You can do anything for 30 seconds so just go for 30 more seconds" - then repeat Ha! • Are you eating the egg substitute to stay away from dairy? If so, no need my friend. Eggs are not a dairy product. Most egg substitutes are dairy free as well but I'd double check the ingredients to make sure...

Turn it on low for 8+ hours (sometimes I do more than 8 hours and it’s always been fine) 3 Raw Carrots Chopped 3 Stalks of Celery - Chopped 1 Onion -…

  • I think you took the first step by telling people here, but you probably need local support as well. The first step to change is acknowledging the problem which you're doing. MFP will be a good way for you to track a more healthy lifestyle, however, there tend to be psychological reasons behind eating disorders as well,…
  • Try Body Glide. It's an anti-chafing product that I used to use when I was running a lot. I'd get the chafing in the bra area and also on other parts of my body (like where my upper arm rubbed against my torso or my thighs against the shorts). It seemed to work. You can usually find it at running stores or online.
