Just finished my last day of p90 and will be starting p90x with my buddy on mon. When I started p90 I weighed in at 220 and I ended at... I still have a way to get where I wanna be so hopefully in sept when I'm done with p90x I can start trying to add more muscle on. On a good note though I'm finally starting to see my abs…

Actually I don't use free weights I'm using the beachbody extreme b-line bands. My first week I was using the red band which is the 30 pound equivalent iirc. Now I use the green band which is the 40 pound band. I really like the bands and I can tell I'm getting a lot stronger using them also, but good luck with your 90…

Yes Iv'e notice a huge difference in my arms and shoulders, and my quads are beginning to show a lot more definition. My back is also starting to get more muscle here are some pics day 10 back pic and day 37 back pic

Just started p90 after a full 30day round of 10 min trainer. Currently on day 10 of p90 and loving it I'm doing the sweat 1-2 in my sauna suit and boy does it make you sweat lol, but good luck to everyone and see you in 90 days!
