My town's pride was last week, and I went for the first time. I agree with you. It was small, but it was ours. More surprisingly, there were people there! I really enjoyed it and hope to see it grow in the future.

Walmart has a couple of different energy flavors of their water mix-ins too. I accidentally bought them by mistake and had to give them to my sister since I don't consume caffeine.

I used to take a bunch to try to lower my blood pressure: garlic, fish oil, Co-Q10, etc., but I also have acid reflux, so I was burping garlicy fish all day long. My breath was AMAZING. lol Now I just take a daily multpile with iron (since I donate plasma twice a week) and Vitamin D.

I honestly can't wait to have gray hair... and it will happen since I'm blonde and the blondes in my family have the tendency to go gray (silver actually) pretty early. Whenever anyone I know decides to stop coloring their hair, I make a point to always tell them how amazing they look. I love gray hair!

I think almost all of the visualized versions of his books are pretty crappy, save a very select few. As for books, they're hit-or-miss in my opinion. FYI I throw things together on Sundays, keep them in the fridge all week, and eat them cold throughout the week. No cooking required! I try to do bodyweight exercises at least once an hour. Some of my favs are push-ups, squats, lunges, planks, crunches, and stick-ups. It sounds like you're already taking frequest breask, so just add these in when you can! Good luck.
