  • Hi all! I am super excited for this! I have deemed June a "power" month for me which means going above and beyond my normal weight loss routine! I am shooting for a loss of 13 pounds this month! This is double what I have lost to date! I believe I can do it and cant wait for my first weigh in next week!
  • Burned 801 calories today! 30DS, level 2 of the BL Bootcamp DVD, and 15 minutes on the elliptical! I also walked for about a mile but it was slow so I didnt include that!
  • Oh my goodness those anterior raises kill me the most! I absolutely hate them! I start out with my 2.5 pound weights, then half way through the second set I have to drop the weights and just lift my arms... LOL! I cant wait for the day when I can push through them with the weight!

  • I put it in as circuit training! And to me that is what it is, 1 exercise after another keeping cardio as a 1 in 3 ratio! Heart rate never drops, it is circuit training.
  • Maybe do the 30DS and a different work-out each day. I feel the same way. That 20 minutes is tough and sucks, but once it is over I feel like I need to keep going for like 15-20 more minutes! I like to add on some cardio or I do a different workout DVD! I dont think I could do 30DS 2 times a day.
