Hey guys,
Im so glad I persuded all u guys to come back that wernt gonna well done Im proud. i have been doing a lot of thinking about the mini challenges and to be honest I just want to keep this as simple as so Im going to just sticjk to having the weigh in! If you want to do mini challenges of your own, by all means interact with each other discuss what your going to do. But I dont want it to be a thing that people feel they have to do it and with everyones needs being so different I like just to just have it this way. There where a few people I was expecting to join and hadnt weighe din so thats y no table this weeek and with me being away over the weekend has not helped. So I dont think there is any point in doing one this week so I will wait till everyone has weighed in this week and do it them.

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I am still trying to get over this bronchitis after two weeks and after not exercising or eating right and taking steroids, the scales were not pretty this morning. I still have 3 more days to take the medication and am hoping I can stop shoving food in my mouth. I am definitely needing the support and appreciate having you all here. See you for the weigh-in on Wednesday.0
