I lost about 10 lbs last year and gained it all back in a matter of a few months. I started a new job, was depressed about it, stopped exercising and binged. I realized it was making me even more miserable than I already was, so I stopped right then and there. Now I'm back on the wagon. It's twice as hard to lose the…

Holy crap! You look amazing sweetie!!! Keep up the amazing work! I am in total awe...seriously, job well done!

I know how you feel. I've gained 10 lbs that I worked VERY hard last year to get off. It took me a few months to lost those 10 lbs in the first place. You won't lose those 8 lbs in two weeks, but you can try to lose a few at least. You will feel less bloated and ultimately look and feel better. It'll come off eventually,…

We definitely do learn from our mistakes! I can attest to that! And although I'm not glad that a few others are having issues, I'm comforted to know that I'm not alone with this struggle. All of the support I've received from private messages, friend requests, and the comments in this thread have made me so thankful and…

I know the feelings all too well. We can get it back again, girls! I know we can!! Hard work and determination will get us back to where we need to be. Have faith xoxo

What an excellent idea! Your friend is a smart girl!!!

Me pleaaaaase? I gained all my weight back and need to step it up bigtime! I look like a stuffed sausage compared to what I was!

I've been trying to lose my last 5 lbs for a year now and I just can't seem to make it happen. My issue is incorporating a good routine other than cardio into my workout. I bike and row, but I'm starting 10 Minute trainer tonight and am hoping that helps get rid of the last five. And really, I think I'm at a good weight…

I'm a big protein bar lover. If you find the right ones, you wind up craving the taste instead of detesting it. Try Think Thin bars, specifically the creamy peanut butter and brownie crunch flavors. They're delish. Otherwise, I'd suggest what everybody else is....eggs, cream of wheat, oatmeal, etc. Good luck!

Kim Kardashian. I think she is just stunning. I already have the hourglass thing going on, but if I just thin my hips out a bit more, I could look just like her. I love that curvy look.
-
I'm wondering this too. I just got one of those email deals for pole dancing classes near me and I'm curious.

I have a love/hate relationship with Hungry Girl. Love her for introducing me to Skinny Cow, VitaTops and a few other things. Her cheesesteak lettuce wraps were awesome. I hate that she uses fake sugars, etc. Sometimes I substitute the fake stuff with normal ingredients because the recipes look cool. I'm sure it ups the…

Today I don't feel like doing anything, i just wanna lay in my bed :) -Bruno Mars Best song ever for the lazy Sunday I've been having.

I wet it before I leave the house and then get to the gym around 30 minutes later. Always works like a charm for me.

i used to buy kale for the guinea pigs. I haven't bought it in quite some time now that they've been gone. I saw Hungry Girl do an episode on kale chips though. Looked interesting.

I'm on Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo and have not gained weight. As you can tell from my ticker, I've lost it! I actually liked Yaz better, but was sort of forced to go off it by my mother who was concerned by all the horror stories she was hearing. With the Ortho, I spot a lot more and my period is never predictable. With Yaz, It…

I looooove Kashi. My favorites are the Wild Oats and Blueberry Clusters, Strawberry Fields and the fruit and nut trail mix bars. The only thing I dislike (and this goes for pretty much every cereal) is that it takes a lot from my carbs and fills up most of my sugar allowance for the day. But I'm usually over on sugars…

I'm 25, almost at my goal but I'm a great motivator!

MFP is several hundred calories off for me. I cycle and can burn anywhere from 700-800 calories a session, even more if I do ab work afterwards. MFP had me at 500 or so calories for very vigorous cycling. The circuit training is semi-accurate. I usually burn around 400 calories or so and MFP has me in the 300-400 hundred…

I could have had a cheeseburger today, but instead I had grilled chicken and veggies.

I'm 5'5, 126 lbs and I'm an 8. Actually, I think I could probably manage a 6, but the clothing I have as of right now is an 8. I wear a D cup and have large hips (38'), so that's probably why I'm a larger size than most girls my weight.
-
You're not alone! I think I pee every ten minutes or so with all the water I drink. I hate it, but I feel good knowing that I'm getting my water in.
-
Holy shizzle! You BOTH look fabulous! What were you guys doing to get so fit?
-
I definitely am very proud! Lots of hard work and determination for sure. And thank you for noticing the waist to hip ratio. That's the small little area I'm looking to slim down. They can stay the same width for all I care, but I want that angle to not be so pronounced! Good stuff :)

The HRM will give you what you need. I have a Polar FT4 and it really does take the guess work out of everything.

Bought a scale, started cycling 3-4 times a week, started weight training in between, counted calories and measured EVERYTHING. It has made a world of difference.
-
Thank you!! I suppose I do see a bit of a difference. Could just be that I like my bathing suit better in this month's picture! Hahaha :)
-
Okay, so here is my photo from June 1st. I'm trying to slim my hips. I'm not sure if I see any difference, but I've lost about 8 lbs in total and toned up my legs, butt, thighs, etc. Still having trouble with those damn hips though! And here is my July 1st photo. Or, I guess I should say my July 4th photo. I definitely…

Dude, come on!! You've been at it for little over a week. That's hardly any reason to quit! Muscle will certainly cause weight gain, as will salt intake. I gained 4 lbs this past week because I went over my sodium by almost three times the amount! Today, I'm down almost a pound and a half PLUS the weight I had put on…
