Man, I WISH I could lose off my hips! That's my only problem area!

I don't see much of a difference to be honest. I've lost a few lbs and am in a smaller size pants, but my hips are the culprit and they're still big as ever. Got a new bathing suit though! We'll see tomorrow.

I measure every little thing I eat. Today, I ate a handful of grapes without counting them and got so mad at myself for it. I don't eat back my exercise calories for now only because I'm not quite sure how much I burn and I don't want to overestimate. I should be getting a new HRM soon, so that should take care of that…

Once a day is totally fine. Where the issue comes in is if you feel like you're straining to get that out. I would keep up with your water consumption and add more fiber like what was suggested a few posts ago. Try some Fiber Sure. It's tasteless and dissolves right into a glass of water or most foods..

I eat yogurt after I exercise. It depends on what time of day, though. I think I'm odd. I'm 5'6 , 130 lbs and wear a US 10. I'm large in my bust so I think that's part of the reason, but I think the most I'd go down to is an 8 with about a 10 lb loss. Anymore weight lost and I'd just be too thin. So it definitely varies from person to person.

I go to spin class and love it! It's lead by an instructor who takes the class through a series of movements that simulate outdoor biking. Our bikes are cool because they actually tilt and lean like real road bikes. Such a great workout. I'm usually pooped by the time 45 minutes is up.
