Losing everywhere but Arms and Thighs?

I have lost 14 inches in 2 months ..off my hips and stomach and 1/4 inch of my bust...Great but my thighs and arms? nothing!! I have always been fairly fit on my legs..(They had to carry the rest of me about ,right??) So Whats going on? Am I fat just on my torso..Are these secretly truckers arms just needing to be toned? Or will it just take longer to lose it there..I am working out cardio a lot and and light weight thing at Curves but nothing that would really tone I don't think...Any ideas or advice?? Love and Light !!

I NEVER LOOSE MY LEGS AND I'M AN ADVID HIKER/PACKPACKER AND WEIGHT LIFTER...ARMS ARE NOTHING BUT WEIGHT TRAINING! Start lifting and not small weight either...lift heavy.0

I know exactly what you mean. a couple of months ago I lost in one arm and the opposite thigh. Crazy huh?!
I'm not seeing much change in my thighs, hips, but, waist, stomach area. Although I can tell I'm getting stronger...it's just hidden under a layer, or two, or three of fat!0 -
Man, I WISH I could lose off my hips! That's my only problem area!0

You need to do more strength training, plain and simple. Cardio is good for weight loss and cv health, but does not tone.0
