  • I switch out my bread for half of a whole wheat pita when I make a sandwich! It's only 80 calories! And your lunch doesn't fall out of it when you eat it!
  • Nope, I figure if I am chewing 5 - 6 pieces of sugar free gum at 5 calories a piece, that's only 25 - 30 calories. And I walk up and down a lot of stairs at my job so I figure I'm good.
