I cheat once every two weeks and my cheat meal is always my favorite.... SUSHI....... not TOO bad for you except for all the white rice. Yummmmmmm, cannot wait until I get my hand on some California rolls :)

Good question and something I have been wondering myself. My personal trainer says to stay away from the fruits and veggies that have high carbs or high sugars. I have been trying my best but that leaves me with a small amount of choices :(

Thank you all for the feedback. You are right in that I should not need a list to let me know whats good and bad foods since I can use my common sense. But I am a visual person and to have a list seems to help me start out right. Thanks again :)

Yes I love those salads.... I use to eat them all the time before I started working out/eating right.... I still can but just hols the cheese :)

I have been doing 45 mins if not more of cardio 6 days a week. I also try to keep my calories AT 1200 but I am sometimes full at 800 or 900 calories. You are more than welcome to look into my diary for ideas :)

You sound just like me.... a friend of mine who is BIG on fitness and nutrition said I NEED to eat 1200-1500 daily to lose weight. Somedays, I am done with my meals and be compltely full and only be at 800/900 calories...... not sure what to do. :ohwell:

You pay money for someone to help you get to where you need to be; not belittle you or hurt you. If I were you, I would fire her and find someone with someone else. You do not want to go through everyday with her having it be like that. FInd someone else. :)
