healthy snacks

Hi could anyone suggest some healthy snack I could have (between 50 - 100 cals)? I'm eating quite a bit of fruit at the minute which i'm noticing is quite high in sugar.

Some of my go-to snacks are:
nuts
trail mix
Greek yogurt
cheese sticks
frozen yogurt or ice cream bars
frozen bananas dipped in chocolate
laughing cow cream cheese wedges (with crackers or veggies)
carrot sticks & hummus
apples & peanut butter (or substitute PB2 to keep the cals low)
beef jerky0 -
Half a PB Sandwich: 1T Peanut Butter on a slice of Scali bread ... 130 Calories.
Eta: I know it's a little outside the 50-10 range you mentioned ...0 -
Another thing I tend to keep on hand is egg white fritattas ..
Sautee up some veg, dump a half container of liquid egg whites in it, top with cheese, throw the whole pan into a 350 oven for 20 mins.
Cut into 5 slices each slice is around 100 cal ..
I do:
Spinach, Onion, Hot peppers, and Feta
Mushrooms, Frank's, and Blue Cheese
They're around 105 cal, 4 g carb, 5 g fat, 14 g protein per slice.0 -
