After 30DS I did Ripped in 30. I liked the workouts, but did not get as good of results as I did with 30DS. Now I'm doing 6 Week 6 Pack mixed with her cardio kickbox video and Yoga Meltdown 3x/week.

I'm 5'6.5" and 134 (see pic). My heaviest was 153 and my goal is 125.

I usually have that too; stomach all flat and stuff in the morning and after eating looking all pudgy. 5'7", I am 135 currently. My heaviest was 152 last summer. I was a size 8 but now they are all falling off me lol so I might buy some 6's. I'm usually a L in tops because I'm top heavy

I did 30DS in April without any other exercise. I didn't lose any pounds but I lost 8.5" total when it was all said and done. I did it 30 days straight and just tried to make better food decisions
