30 Day Shred completed....what did you do next?

Hi guys, just looking for some suggestions for workouts that will continue to challenge after doing the shred....was considering doing more Julian but im not sure which one to go for, not necessarily exercising for weight loss now but to tone up....any suggestions will be v.helpful

I did Jillian Michael's Body Revolution after 30 DS. It was quite a step up and my arms have lots of definition now.0

I moved on to Ripped in 30 , liked it a lot better than 30DS actually. 4 work outs, 1 each week so I never got bored. Now I'm doing Insanity.0

bump..... just 2 more workouts for me so interested in replies, im planning on running x3 and jillians yoga melt down x2 per week. looking forward to a rest day lol0

Body Revolution is the best. I am on Phase 2 now and I am seeing great results so far.0

30 DS was awesome for me when I began working out. After I completed 30 DS, I did a mixture of Banish Fat Boost Metabolism ( I recommend it for awesome cardio), 6 WK 6 PK, and Ripped in 30. I love all her DVD's. I am done with JM for a while, did 2 round of P90X and now doing a P90X / Insanity hybrid. I will go back to Jillian to maintain after I reach my goals0

Thanks for replying guys, think i may give another one of julians another go and perhaps mix some together for a bit before i move on to something completely different.
Are most of these workouts on youtube, i bought the 30 day shred but think ill just do these ones online for the time being.0 -

I just ordered her Metabolism DVD, glad others liked it. 6 pack (maybe my age?) was too much jumping and jumping with weights...but I love No More Trouble Zones and her Kickboxing is in my Netflix queue. Has anyone done that?
I also like the BL Last Chance workout for lighter days (compared to extreme shred etc) but the 30 minute constant intervals are nice and a little longer than Shred, comparable exercises.0 -

Have the exact figures recorded in my journal at home but know i lost a couple of iniches on waist and thighs nd a couple of pounds, i was around 8.12 and im now 8 i think diet accounted for a good bit of that though as i have been loosing slowly, generally looking to tone up now, find the 30 day shred did make my body look better though so looking for more workouts that will improve this.
thanks everyone else for the suggestions, was looking into insanity thought its quite expensive as im a student so may do more JM for now and perhaps insanity at a later stage.0 -

Yea have borrowed the 6week6pack dvd from my friend so going to jump straight into that, may do ripped in 30 at a later stage the cardio kickbox sounds good too.0 -

try the jillian michaels slim down challenge. It mixes the videos up over the 30 days., 30DS , No more trouble zones and Banish Fat. You can swap out a different DVD if you want. Keeps you from getting as bored .
