I'm 5'7.5 and weight 120lb but am hoping to build on that with some muscle and get really toned. I don't have a goal... I imagine an extra 5-8lb should be enough to make me look healthy. (Not that I look unhealthy at this smaller weight as I'm really small boned and it looks natural on me.)

I'm 5'7" and currently weigh 201.5 pounds. I'm wearing anything from a size 10-13 depending on the brand. In tops I'm anything from a M-XL again depending on brand. For the most part I wear 12's on bottom and a L on the top. I have hips and a butt along with broad shoulders. My bust is on the small side of average though. The width of my shoulders helps me give the illusion of an hourglass shape, otherwise I'd be a pear.

No one believes me when I say I weigh more than 200 pounds. They also can't believe I haven't even lost 30 pounds. I started at a tight size 16 (probably should have went up to an 18 but couldn't make myself do it).

The funny thing is the last time I weighed this much I was firmly in a size 14 and XL. I guess it's all in how you lose weight and exercise.

I'm 5'7" and at 175 I'm a solid size 12 (maybe 14 if the brand runs small) in pants and a medium/large in tops. My goal is to get back to 130 where I know I'm a 6 on bottom and a small on top. I'm very hippy and no matter how thin I get I absolutely can not go smaller than a 6.

    I'm 5'6 (not much shorter)
    175 lbs on the nose
I wear a size 12-14 depending on the brand of jeans.
I wear a medium to large top (depending on the brand and style due to my large bust.)

I took this pic today, so I can use it to give you a visual on my height / weight / size proportions

When I weighed 175, I was a size 12/14. But that was 4 years and 40 lbs ago. I'm now trying to get back to that weight and actually down more than that.

5'7", I am 135 currently. My heaviest was 152 last summer. I was a size 8 but now they are all falling off me lol so I might buy some 6's. I'm usually a L in tops because I'm top heavy

I haven't read all the responses, but I will, because I'm curious too.

I'm 5'8" approximately (174 cm) and I'm 174 lb. I'm currently size 10. I was trying on jeans last Saturday and I found the only "tall" ones in size 10 at Dillard's. I tried them on and I was so surprised to see they fit me like a glove! No jumping up and down, no holding my breath to zip them up, no camel toe... they looked perfect on me. I didn't bought any because they were at regular price (I know, I'm cheap), but I will buy 2 the next weekend. I haven't been size 10 since 2008 maybe. At my lowest I was 142 lb and a size 6.

    In short:
At my heaviest of 206 lb I was size 14.
    Around 190 I was using size 12.
    Now, 174 lb I'm size 10.

ETA: According to the wrist test I'm large framed. Here's a pic of me wearing size 12 skinny jeans, I took it in January. I was looking for a more recent picture, but I wasn't able to find a "good" one. I'm usually the one behind the camera.

I'm 5'7" and when I was about 185-187 lbs, I was a size 14 in pants and L shirt. I'm pear shaped. I had lost the weight by diet alone, no exercise except for walking.

Now I'm 213 lbs, size 16-18 pants and XL shirt. Truthfully I have lost almond no pounds but my clothes have gotten looser from a tight 18 pants and XL-XXL shirt because of the 30 Day Shred. (: I'll take it.

5' 6-3/4 (and yes that 3/4 is very important!!!)

    SW 185 - size 12(snug)
    CW 163ish - size 10 and some 8's
    GW...idk - size 6-8

Tops were L/XL and now M/L dependng on cut. I still don't like clingy.
