I like the ab circuit. Yes, you can get almost all (if not all) the machines somewhere on the floor, but the circuit is designed to be the best way to get it all. I did try doing it several times in a row, despite the instructions saying not to, and I hurt for days. Like, the muscle shred kind of pain, not the good…

I had an egg roll with lunch. We ordered Chinese and the meal just comes with an egg roll. I didn't think about it until it was at my table. I told myself "its OK I just won't eat it" and without thinking, it was gone. I did log it, but I still am upset that I ate something out of habbit, instead of being able to leave it…

I am the same way! I am still fairly irregular, but I always know one is coming when my pants don't button anymore! Do you increase your sodium around that time? I know I crave salty foods like crazy which probably contributes to it.

Thanks! I have a feeling it will be a long time before I can go all the way down like you're supposed to, but reading the forums helps me realize that that is normal! I haven't thought about holding onto something though, I will definitley have to give it a shot :-)
