I biked 14 miles yesterday and walked 1.5 miles today. Group total is 321.31

OK I'm in. Did the bike/train/bike to work one day = 2 hours Thursday did the tandem bike ride, 17 miles - 1 hour 45 min Saturday biked 1 hour Saturday did gardening for 2 1/2 hours So all together that's about 7 hours - I made it! :happy:

I'm having a problem getting hungry in the late afternoon at work, so I eat what ever I can find. Candy from the woman in the next cube for example. I brought in a bag of baby carrots and that helped a little. Any ideas?

I can't say that I know what it is like, but I'm sure you can lose the weight. After all you quit smoking and that seems harder.

I'm in 141 by May 1st. I'm 151 now. That may be a little hard, but if I exercise at least 4 days a week and I don't make it, I'll be satisfied if I'm under 145.

My mother had knee surgery last fall at age 82 on one knee. A stationary bike has been a great exercise for her. Her recovery has been slow, but steady.

I'll join in. My friend at work keeps cany/chocolate in a bowl on her cabinet for all to take. I never ate much before because I just don't buy it which makes it easy. BUT NOW IT IS THERE!
