I do not have access to a pool at this time. Linanil, what kind of yoga? I have never looked into yogo and no nothing about it really. I know that there is the slow kind and then some I have seen are fast. Does anyone have a cd they like or youtube video of one they like?

I was hoping maybe honey could be used in place of the sugar and corn syrup. But I was told I had to use to corn syrup. I really do not want to at all. And because of that may pass on making these. I saw a cute craft you can do with kids for Monthers day with this recipe. Maybe I will find something else to add in it.

Thank you everyone! NaadNaady I am not really following anything in particular. I eat a low calorie diet. And exercise. I try to stay around 1200 calories. IF I go over I always try to make sure I had enough exercise to cover those calories!
