Veggies

In counting calories do you count the veggie medleys of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots?

They have no dressing or anything on them at all. Just plain veggies.

    yes they all have calories, carbs, fibers etc.

    I track veggies if anything so I can track my fiber to make sure I'm getting enough.

    I was trying to be lazy and not log them since its so few calories. But I will log them! Thanks!

    Always. It I bites, I writes. I get a little less careful about measuring some of them (spinach in particular, since it is so low calorie per cup), but I like to know how many calories, carbs, vitamins, etc. I am getting from my food.

    Yep! I log everything water coffee diet coke vitamins. I even try to log the little marshmallows that I steal out of my kids lucky charms in the morning!
