In counting calories do you count the veggie medleys of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots?
They have no dressing or anything on them at all. Just plain veggies.

I track veggies if anything so I can track my fiber to make sure I'm getting enough.0

I was trying to be lazy and not log them since its so few calories. But I will log them! Thanks!0

Always. It I bites, I writes. I get a little less careful about measuring some of them (spinach in particular, since it is so low calorie per cup), but I like to know how many calories, carbs, vitamins, etc. I am getting from my food.0

Yep! I log everything water coffee diet coke vitamins. I even try to log the little marshmallows that I steal out of my kids lucky charms in the morning!0
