Question for you.. The C25K. On Week 5 Day 3, it jumps from 8 minutes to 20 minutes of running. Is that right?? I am a little scared to try it. Veggies
In counting calories do you count the veggie medleys of broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots? They have no dressing or anything on them at all. Just plain veggies.

It seems every time I eat there I do not lose any weight. Anyone else have this issue? I eat a 6 inch turkey breast on honey oat wheat. With veggies and mustard. (Since mustard is low cal). No chips, no pop. Am I just crazy and trying to link the two together or what?
