This has been a hotly debated topic on MFP since the beginning. Basically, MFP is set up so you do eat your exercise calories. That's how the program is supposed to work. You will still have a healthy caloric deficit to allow you to lose weight. It's important to give your body adequate fuel when you work it harder.
