  • I suggest to just find something on the menu that is easy to break down. You probably know this already, but avoid things like heavy creams and keywords like rich, home-made. Salads are easy to count. I like getting burgers, because while they are still high calories, I can easily count them and hold on things that drive…

  • Thats about what I do. It tastes terrible with water but I do it anyway. Your level of protein also depends on your body size. It's definitely a very good thing to consume protein within 30 minutes after working out, I do it all the time. I buy Gold Standard Double Rich Chocolate whey, put it in a milkshake every morning…
  • Bunch of guys at my job have tried it. they quit within a couple of weeks/months. Don't know if it was working for them so far, but I'm pretty sure that diet is geared towards men - the author wrote a chapter devoted to the "15 minute orgasm"
