just found this, what is it> looks geared towards men...am i wrong? who's tried it?? thanks

    It's not geared towards men, anyone can do it. I have to say, I think calorie counting is better than this sort of specialty diet. It gave me horrible headaches and terrible intestinal pain from all the beans. My boss lost 10 lbs or so on it, so it can work, but she's stopped following the diet and gained several lbs back.

    Bunch of guys at my job have tried it. they quit within a couple of weeks/months. Don't know if it was working for them so far, but I'm pretty sure that diet is geared towards men - the author wrote a chapter devoted to the "15 minute orgasm"

    I saw that! looks more like a high protien low carb diet..idk and the whole sex thing? Men, really you need a book to give your woman pleasure? lol just ask... LMAO to think all the beans they eat...music during sex, ewww not!

    Yes, THAT chapter is geared toward men. :-) But the diet section is unisex, and some of the exercises are geared toward women, like the chapter on how to get muscular arms like Michele Obama's.
