Eat bananas to place the potassium in your body. If in the middle of a cramp you can eat a dash of salt as well.

You would want to sync the FitBit to MFP...that way you don't have to enter your information twice (food entries). I am happy they are now syncable to one another. Wishing you much success with using both. ;) Look under gallery on FitBit on how to sync.

Hey all! I was wondering the same thing. The way to do is to add pictures in powerpoint then to save it as a jpeg. document. Make sure you line the pictures up so they all can fit on one slide. Have a healthy day! :bigsmile:

Good job! How long did it take you to lose sw 208 to cw 175? I am close to where you were and want to get there, any ideas? Me personally I've changed my workout from afternoons to mornings and doing more jogging and running. I am losing much faster now. Plus I workout everyday for at least 30 minutes. good luck!

I feel sexy after I've worked out and I'm sweating like crazy. To me its my way to say I've worked hard and I feel wonderful afterwards. Then when I step into a cute dress and pumps its on from there. I've never been one to wear alot of dresses because of my thick legs but I recieve alot of compliments from men and women…
