Yeah that is what I did before keto and before I got pregnant and seem to be working 5 years ago. I'll give it try but this time with more exercise.

How long have you been doing the diet? I struggle with carbs. We're leaving for the Beach in July for the first time as a family and I really would like to be down 15 20 by then. I have a one year old that slows me down on working out.

Hello, I can see a great diff. What have you done yourself to change? I know I could loose the wight but I struggle to stick to it. My goal is loose 25 by July before or go to the beach. I'm 5 6 as well weigh 199.6 would really be happy with 170 by July. What have you done? Just eating diff a few exercise?

Hello, I am struggling hard on loosing weight. I have had two kids and I'm 5 6 and weighing at 202 203. My goal is 170. Could use the support. I have a bad habit of snacking all time on anything do to being a stay at home mom. Any friends are welcome.

Yeah I been doing my regular Cadio but also been working in the yard. I seem to be okay now that I got up ans moveing. Plus I have a 8 month old that still don't seel through the night so I'm up and down all night as well. I always try work out in the mornings between 10 and 12.

No its not all weight loss, hsve had it for years just more now from having a baby. I try do cardio 5 times a week. I work out from home. After cardiovascular I do squats, push ups, 5 pond weights for arms. Trying figure out what else to do at home to help

I started the workout today. Only got 10 mins in. Hard to do the whole thing when you have a 3 month old lol. I like it, just going take a long time to get the moves down. I'll be on the first song for a while. The diet plan of his is good. I been sticking to it. It comes with the set.

Constantly wanting sweet stuff to eat.

He's a month old tomorrow. Day and night I feed him every 2, 2 half hours so I would say about 15 times a day for any were from 10 to 30 mins each time.
