You cannot spot reduce any part of the body with direct exercise to it. You can condition the muscle underneath, but fat is lost while on a consistent calorie deficit.

That's what I'm doing now with calories.0 -

Then just keep it up. You'll get there.0 -
But by all means, tone it all up so that when you do lose any extra fat, what's underneath is fabulous!0

What was said before. If you're lucky, your extremities will be one of the first places the weight will come off if your arms are your problem area. Make sure you heavily moisturize any area that is saggy and drink lots of water to try to minimize the skin sag.0

Never heard the moisturize before. Thanks!0 -

That's because moisturizer is not going to help. Lift weights to "tone", eat at a calorie deficit and be patient.
My arms get pretty flappy after each pregnancy, and there are thin women in my family with bat wings....it's just genetic. Lifting weights has helped me more than anything to the point where I don't have that problem anymore and haven't since baby was 10 months old.

Okay, yeah I have 5 pound weights but that's it. I'll start with them work my way up.0 -
That's my biggest area of concern with my weight loss. I don't want bat wings although I can see I have it some. I'm hoping with all the lifting I'm doing what's underneath will be awesome. I watch youtube videos on different exercises you can do. Then do it 2-3 times a week (rest a day in between). Fitness coach says to stay with a program 6-8 weeks, then change it.0

My daughter is 10 months old now and I hate my arms and well...everything. I gained weight evenly so I'm starting to run and am trying to decide which weight lifting program to do on my days off. I'm thinking Chalean extreme since I think it has 3 days "off" so I'll do running on those days.0
