Hi Ive just joined this group by recommendation after I got a lot of snidy comments for posting about low carb. Its only my 2nd day of eating low carb but already I can't believe how satisfied I'm feeling :) Haters gonna hate!

Thank you all so much for your input on this. I am going to continue with the atkins plan but not as low carb as 20g a day, more like 40g. Thats still a dramatic drop for me. Today has been my first day and ive enjoyed the foods ive ate and my tummy is nice & full. Thanks again :)

I totally know how you feel! I lost 5 half stone and have gained back 2 half in the last year. Im always up and down, I'm sick of it. Been to every slimming club and done every shake/juice diet. Yet Im put weight back on. I know what to do, I just need to do it for the long term. I guess we all do. Feel free to add me :)
